All eleven of our luxurious guest rooms, welcome you to an unforgettable experience. The rooms are named after flora and fauna that we often see at the Inn. Rest, relax and let your cares melt away. Enjoy all the amenities and comforts of luxury hotel in a woodsy setting. Each room feels as if it has been prepared with you in mind. The memory of a stay at the Inn at Shasta Lake promises to last a lifetime. Each room at the Inn at Shasta Lake is individually designed and styled, offering a unique experience for each guest. All rooms have gas fireplaces, A/C and heating. All rooms have wood, bamboo and tile floors. All rooms have a private bathroom. Our rooms are spread out across four buildings on over sixty acres within the Shasta Trinity National Forest.
The main building, includes the common area dining room, deck and living room. In this building the Nuthatch, Robin, Hummingbird and Goldfinch suites are all located on the first floor. The Woodpecker is located on the second floor, via an outside stair case. The Goldfinch, Robin and Hummingbird are located adjacent to each other. These three rooms can be combined into one large private area, by closing off a hallway.
The adjacent building located across the lawn contains the Jack Rabbit and Blacktail Deer suites on the first floor. On the second floor are the Grey Fox and Grey Squirrel suites. These two suites feature an adjoining door. When these two suites are booked together, the result is a spacious two bedroom suite with full large jetted tub, dining area and living room.

- The Acorn Cottage offers privacy, with its own driveway, located down a staircase from the main building.
- Our pet friendly rooms are the Pinecone Treehouse, the Acorn Cottage, the Blacktail Deer and the Jack Rabbit.
The Goldfinch, Robin, Nuthatch, Grey Fox, and Jack Rabbit rooms can accommodate only 2 guests, and this is strictly enforced. The Grey Squirrel is our largest room, and can accommodate up to 4 guests — with one queen bed in a separate bedroom and one queen sofabed. The Pinecone Treehouse, the Hummingbird, and the Woodpecker can accommodate up to 3 guests with a king bed and a twin sofabed. The Acorn Cottage and the Blacktail Deer rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests with a queen bed and a twin sofabed

The Goldfinch
The Goldfinch is cozy, but has a full-sized bath with a walk-in shower. On the first floor of the main building. Queen size bed. Gas fireplace. No pets. Sleeps 2.
The Gray Fox
The Gray Fox is on the second floor overlooking the formal garden. Queen size bed. Walk-in shower. Gas fireplace. Adjoins and shares a balcony with the Gray Squirrel. No pets. Sleeps 2.
The Gray Squirrel
The Gray Squirrel is on second floor overlooking the garden. Queen bed with a queen sofabed. Separate living room with a large jetted tub. Large walk-in shower. Gas fireplace. Adjoins/shares patio with Gray Fox. No pets. Sleeps 4.
The Hummingbird
The Hummingbird has a King bed and a twin sofabed. First floor room with large sitting area. Private patios. Spa tub, walk-in shower, gas fireplace, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. No pets. Sleeps 3.
The Jack Rabbit
The Jack Rabbit has a private entry on the first floor. King bed, walk-in shower, gas fireplace, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. Pet friendly. Sleeps 2.
The Nuthatch
The Nuthatch overlooks the gardens and lawn. Located on the first floor of the main building. Private patio. King bed. Walk-in shower. Gas fireplace. Wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. No pets. Sleeps 2.
The Pinecone Treehouse
The Pinecone Treehouse is built on stilts over a wooded hillside. Private balcony. King bed and twin sofabed. Spa tub and walk-in shower. Two-sided gas fireplace, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator. Pet friendly. Sleeps 3.
The Robin
